Though like most ppl who watch anime don't know japanese, u tend to pick up on a few words.
O-L has no translator (never did). so we use crunchy's subs. crunchy's subs or "Official Translation" as some would say, are more dub-like than literal translation. blassreiter and druaga subs were tolerable, but shangri-la which most of u older O-L followers may have noticed are worse. But it at the end of the day, the subs don't mislead you (with a few exceptions).
for example in shangri-la 10, near the beginning; "That's unthinkable." seems wrong or partially wrong compared to what was said in japanese, kuniko's name was mentioned. but hey i don't know for sure, however at the time its not misleading. anyways, as often as possible, when re-timing the subs, if any that sounds familiar doesn't match the translation, is changed to a more literal (or at least more sensible) translation.
So... if it bothers you, find another release group.
Or... you could do something about it by being a translation checker 
AND NO THE 1080p IS NOT AN UPSCALE. shangri-la is broadcast in 1080i.

Also, for those wondering if Shangri-La is longer than 12 eps, then yes. It 24 eps long, at least that's what ANN says.

The site is back up, after our server suffered a serious error. The OS had to be reinstalled. After which many things had to be done to get the site up and running again. Our bot is back, but it has no files. Gonna re-add them later.
Because of all this Druaga 12 has been set back. it'll have to wait till friday, as i have 3 more exams to do.

Update:
Sorry to those who i've made angry. But there are other reasons to the whole IRC thing, other than just promotion.
Thanks to those who have been posting mini irc guides. Torrents will be released along side the IRC release from ep6.
Also some of you who are accustom to IRC, may have noticed there is a xdcc bot in our channel. Currently only the blassreiter releases are available. Druaga aegis and sword releases will be added later. Also triggers like !Druaga and so on will be setup soon for ease of downloading, rather than searching through a packet list.
People have said that ep5 wasn't properly telecined, and i apologize. Sadly ep4 is the same as well. This won't occur again. A v2 for both eps will be available along with ep6. But for those who can't wait you can still download ep5 below.

XviD for ep4 will be up a bit later. As in the previous post, encodes for ep5 are done, but i'm trying to get a better quality raw from BT. I have no luck with perfect dark.

Well, this puts an end to this series hope you enjoyed it. R2 DVD releases will follow soon.
The second season of Druaga will start soon and we will also be doing another series, Bounen no Xamdou, which will be in 1080p.
